1. What is your shipping policy?
We offer a flat rate shipping of $10. We also offer express shipping for $20.

All purchases will have a tracking number attached. You will receive this via email as soon as the product is shipped.

We accept PayPal, Stripe payments Visa, and MasterCard.

7. How do I know which golf equipment is right for me?
Not sure what Golf apparel is right for you? We offer size guides on our website and obviously, the color styles are in front of you. Feel free to email us at info@4oregolf.com.au if you have any other questions or are curious about any of our products.

9. What is your warranty policy on golf equipment?
Not a warranty as such however if you are unhappy or there are imperfections having trouble with zips etc we will replace the item for up to three months from purchase.

11. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping.

13. What happens if my order is delayed or lost during shipping?
Orders lost during shipping we will refund your purchase or replace items. This will be determined upon communication as a tracking number is provided there are sometimes delays in postage. Unfortunately, this is beyond our scope.

15. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product order, please email us at info@4oregolf.com.au we will send out a return postal address and we will express post the correct or undamaged product.

We offer products for every golfer beginner to advanced.

2. What is your return and exchange policy?
Undergarments including underwear and socks are non-refundable and non-returnable for all other products. If you're unhappy with your purchase we can exchange otherwise if you still have unused packaging and labels attached we will refund your purchase.

4. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We do offer seasonal sales or old stock discounts otherwise simply subscribe. Check your email and find a discount surprise.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If the need arises to modify your order, please email info@4oregolf.com.au at your earliest convenience so we can modify sizes and quantities, etc. if you'd like to cancel your order please email the same address preferably as soon as the order is placed with BSB and account number details and we can refund your purchase.

8. Do you offer gift cards?
We offer e-gift cards that are available on our website. Search e-gift card.

10. How do I care for and maintain my golf equipment?
Washing and Care instructions are available on the website. Other care and maintenance instructions will be available with each new product uploaded.

12. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders placed before 1 pm will be shipped on that day excluding Saturdays and Sundays otherwise will be shipped in the next morning.

14. How do I redeem a promotional code?
During the checkout process, there is a provision to input a promotional code.
